Born and raised in Petaluma, CA, Amy’s Kitchen is in the business of cooking delicious, organic vegetarian meals for everyone. Designing for Amy’s was a family affair; from working and sharing a meal with owners Rachel & Andy at their Petaluma home, to touring their spotless production facility where everyone is treated like family. Macchiatto’s incremental changes to Amy’s iconic wordmark all add up to improved legibility and better recognition both on shelf and online. Hand lettering by calligrapher John Burns.
